Cross Island Line (CIL)
Stage 1 of the Cross Island Line spans 29 km and 12 MRT stations and is predominately underground. The project commences at Changi Airport and proceeded to Jurong Industrial Area with an eastern leg extending to Punggol.
Malolos to Clark Railway
Malolos to Clark Railway Project is a 50km rail project within Manilla, Philippines, running from Clark Airport to Malolos. The project is predominately elevated viaduct with a section underground near the Airport and involves 5 elevated stations and 1 underground station. The project is supported by the Asian Development Bank.
Boracay Bridge Philippines
Design and Construction of the Boracay Bridge. The bridge is a mixed-use bridge with a total length of 800m with an additional 400m of approach roads. This will connect the Island of Boracay to Panay in the town of Caticlan.
Edenvale Solar Park
Edenvale Solar Parks is a utility scale solar developments in Queensland. Edenvale will have export capacity of 150MW AC and connects directly to the National Transmission Network. Aslat has acted on behalf of the international developers to identify the site, ascertain all necessary approvals (planning, grid connection, environmental, cultural heritage etc) and to develop the project to construction.

Cross River Rail
Cross River Rail is a new 10.2km rail line from Dutton Park to Bowen Hills, which includes 5.9km of twin tunnels under the Brisbane River and the CBD, four new underground station, three new Gold Coast stations and upgrades to six existing stations.
High Speed Rail
The Project is a 350km railway between Kuala Lumpur and Singapore with a projected speed of 250km/ hr. Aslat’s involvement was with regard to the packages of works within Singapore.
North South Corridor
The North South Corridor consists of the design and construction of a 21.5km, 3 lane carriageway with tunnel sections, to connect towns in the northern region to the city centre. Contract N101 comprises the design, construction and completion of approximately 990m of twin cell box vehicular tunnel structure and 1000m of vehicular viaduct structure.
Cebu-Cordova Bridge
The Cebu-Cordova Bridge project is a $500M project procured by Metro Pacific Investment Corporation (MPIC) as a PPP project in Cebu, Philippines. The D&C JV participated in an Early Contractor Involvement process. ASLAT advised the commercial bid manager across a range of internal and client facing commercial matters.
Finger 3
The Tuas Terminal Reclamation, Wharf Construction and Dredging Phase 2 project is a mega port procured by the Maritime Port Authority of Singapore as a design and construction contract. The D&C contractor was formed by 3 major international contractors on an non-integrated JV (scope split) resulting in a complicated consortium structure. ASLAT represented one of the contractors in relation to all commercial matters for this project.
Circle Line 6
The 4-km CCL6 will close the loop for the CCL by connecting HarbourFront Station to Marina Bay Station. When the three
CCL6 stations of Keppel, Cantonment and Prince Edward are completed in 2025, the CCL will have a total of 33 stations, including 12 interchange stations with other MRT lines. The scope under Contract 882 is the construction of an Underground Station, one Cut and Cover Tunnel, Two TBM Bored Tunnels(2x 570m) and Two TBM Bored Tunnels (2x 1100m).
Puhoi to Warkworth
The Puhoi to Warkworth Project is a $700M road PPP procured by the New Zealand Transport Agency as a PPP Project to finance, build and operate for 25 years. ASLAT advised the commercial bid manager across a range of commercial matters and acted as financial close manager for the D&C Contractor.
ACT Next Gen Solar Farm IPP
The ACT Government invited market participants to submit a proposal under an Independent Power Producer model for the development, finance construction and O&M of a utility-scale solar PV project. ASLAT Consulting was engaged by the project sponsors -a joint venture comprised by an Australian equity investor and an international solar developer- to prepare a business case and manage a bid to be submitted under the ACT government procurement process.
Toowoomba Second Range Crossong PPP
The Toowomba Second Range Crossing is a $1.6Bn Tollroad procured by the QLD Government as a PPP Project to finance, build and operated the asset for 25 years. Nexus Infrastructure archieved Financial Close in August 2015 and is currently implementing the project. ASLAT advised the commercial manager during the tender process.
